Before You Visit

Planning Tips for Visiting the Farm:

PETS: Sorry No Pets. Only certified service dogs are allowed at our festival

ATTIRE & ENVIRONMENT: Consider bringing a hat, some sunscreen and mosquito repellent. We do not recommend sandals or flip-flops.  Closed-toe tennis shoes or boots conducive to walking are best.  Remember that you will be on a farm.

BUSY TIMES: Keep in mind that Saturday is our busiest times.  Therefore, we recommend visiting at opening times on Saturday or Sunday IF you would prefer a less crowded atmosphere.

TICKETS:  Tickets are the only form of payment and are available at the gate and may be available online

MONEY: Wood Duck Farm accepts cash and credit cards (Chase, Master Card, AMEX & Discover) at the ticket booth and the School House Commissary/ Store

RESTROOMS & HAND WASHING FACILITIES: We have working restrooms adjacent to the ol’ schoolhouse (handicap-friendly stalls too).  Our hand washing station is located inside the restroom, breezeway, as well as a few spread out near the eating areas.

OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINK: We will have food and drinks available for purchase, but Yes you can bring your own food/beverage.

WEATHER: Extreme and/or unforeseen weather can force us to close at any given time.  If you are in any doubt about the weather conditions, feel free to call our info hotline at (281) 593-3642 to find out.
